Full-Time Box Office Supervisor
The Box Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra’s Box Office team to ensure high quality customer service. This individual would need to become well versed in all SLSO programs and events to offer excellent service and creative problem-solving that aligns with the SLSO’s goals, values, and brand identity.
The successful candidate is detail oriented with impeccable interpersonal skills. With direction from the Associate Director and Manager, they will offer expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders and be able to accurately process single ticket, subscription ticket, and gift ticket orders. This position requires flexible day, evening, and weekend hours.
