Introduction and Conditions
Galoyan Art Agency is proud to announce the commencement of our biannual audition for talented classical singers across five vocal categories: soprano, mezzo-soprano, tenor, baritone, and bass. This is a unique opportunity for up to five selected artists to enter into a contract with Galoyan Art Agency, offering professional artist management services.
We invite singers of all ages, ready to showcase their unique talents, to apply for the audition. There are two convenient ways to submit your application: online registration on our official website or by sending the required documents to audition@galoyan.art via email.
Please note that the number of audition participants is limited to 48. Your participation will be confirmed by an official email after completing the application process and paying the participation fee, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience for each audition participant.
During our audition process, every participant is granted a unique opportunity to fully prepare for their performance. To facilitate this, 10 minutes are allocated for individual vocal warm-up in a specially equipped rehearsal room. This time is for you to tune in, focus, and unleash your voice before taking the stage.
Each performance is accompanied by our experienced accompanist and lasts 5 minutes. In order to ensure seamless organization and harmony between you and the pianist, we kindly request that you send the scores of up to two selected pieces in advance. One piece will be performed on stage, however, the jury reserves the right to request the second, additional piece. Therefore, we strongly advise you to thoughtfully consider the selection of these two compositions. Your choice not only showcases your musical taste but can also play a pivotal role in the jury’s assessment of your performance.
Once your performance concludes, your participation in the audition is considered complete. We value each participant and are committed to providing a thorough and fair evaluation of every performance. Within 14 working days post-audition, you will receive an email with the results, sent to the email address provided in your application form.
What opportunities the agreement with Galoyan Art Agency offers
Upon entering into an artist management contract with Galoyan Art Agency, the agreement is set for a duration of one year from the date of signing. Within the first 4 weeks following the contract’s inception, we commence an active promotion campaign for your artistic endeavors:
- Your portfolio will be published on the official agency website, galoyan.art.
- We will manage postings about you and your creative work on popular social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. Over the year, you can expect up to 4 publications in each of these networks, distributed evenly across the quarters.
- Additionally, in the event of signing contracts for performances, we will also handle the publication of materials related to these events.
To enhance your online presence and promotion, we provide you with a free one-year subscription to Operabase as an artist with the Artist PRO Subscription plan worth €120.00 .
Your portfolio will be included in the agency’s catalog, which is made available to theaters upon request. This opens up further opportunities for your participation in various projects and productions.
Our team of agents will take care of submitting your candidacy for auditions for roles in theater productions, as per the theaters’ requests.
Furthermore, as a bonus, we conduct professional paid advertising for your artistic image on social networks Facebook and Instagram, as well as on Google Ads within the European Union, amounting to €100.00 for the duration of the contract.
This comprehensive approach allows for the most effective promotion of your artistic achievements and broadening your fan base.
More detailed terms of the contract can be provided upon request at the time of execution of the agreement.

Audition General Information
Please be aware that after submitting your application for participation in the audition, it may take up to 48 hours to send an official confirmation of your participation. However, due to a high volume of inquiries, there may be delays in our responses. We kindly ask for your patience and appreciate your understanding. The final deadline for receiving a response is 5 days before the audition date.
Regarding the specifics of your participation, details regarding the time and place for vocal warm-up and performance will be provided alongside your participation confirmation.
Galoyan Art Audition
The audition will take place at Ehrbar Hall (Small), Mühlgasse 28-30, 1040 Vienna, Austria.
Please be sure to follow the terms and conditions of the participation rules, which you will receive with your confirmation of participation.
As previously mentioned, the number of participants is limited. Consequently, applicants who do not secure a spot due to capacity being reached will automatically be enrolled in the next audition, scheduled to take place in six months. We greatly value your understanding and eagerness to participate.

We assure you that your application will be considered for the next audition, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
