Ticketing and Customer Service Manager

75,000 - 85,000 AUD p/year
The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra is in search of a passionate ticketing and box office professional! This role is well suited to an experienced and collaborative ticketing manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working as part of the Marketing Department, this position is an essential service internally and externally, leading the delivery of customer-facing booking channels, patron enquiries, venue liaison, outbound campaigns and annual season subscription packages.

This role is responsible for providing premium customer service to a strong loyal database cultivated over decades, as well as bringing innovative ideas and pricing models that can be leveraged to grow new audiences.

Position Information:
