The Revolution Orchestra, founded in 2004 by Zohar Sharon and Roy Oppenheim, is an Israeli orchestra dedicated to creating groundbreaking original orchestral music that seamlessly integrates with performing arts—dance, video art, theater, video art and cinema—to deliver a distinctive and interdisciplinary stage experience, creating moving movements.

The orchestra curates annual programs at The Israeli Opera House, Haifa Auditorium, and Herzliya Performing Arts Center as well as collaborates with theater productions. With over 140 performances each year, it captivates an audience of more than 120,000 ticket holders annually.
A non-profit organization supported by the Israeli Ministry of Culture and Tel Aviv Municipality, the orchestra is a cornerstone of Israel’s cultural scene. Founders Zohar Sharon and Roy Oppenheim are recipients of the prestigious 2024 Rosenblum Tel Aviv Stage Arts Award. Additionally, Zohar Sharon was honored with the Navon Ministry of Culture Prize for the preservation and advancement of Israeli diverse culture in 2024.
