Winds&Flow Flute & Yoga Retreat is a unique experience for adult musicians of all levels, combining technical flute practice, individual and ensemble sessions, piano-accompanied rehearsals, yoga and Qi Gong sessions designed for musicians, guided coastal walks, visits from wind luthiers, final concerts and optional activities such as surfing, paddleboarding and kayaking.
