Admission Exam
Admission to the Advanced Viola Courses is subject to passing the entrance examination, which will take place on 19 September by means of an audition. The examination programme requires the performance of a freely chosen programme lasting at least 30 minutes, comprising two pieces from different periods and styles, including the first movement of a concerto from the classical repertoire. The Examination Board reserves the right to request that the candidate perform the entire examination programme or part of it.
Lessons and Attendance
The course is broadly divided into seven sessions of lessons spread over the academic year, with approximately two sessions per month, mainly at weekends.
