The Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra (FRSO) is the orchestra of the Finnish Broadcasting Company (Yle). The FRSO, a leading Scandinavian orchestra, can be heard in widely varied repertoire at its concert series in Helsinki Music Centre, on regular tours abroad and on radio, tv, internet and disc. The orchestra’s Chief Conductor is Nicholas Collon.
The FRSO now invites applications for the position of
Solo Horn Player
The auditions will be held at the Helsinki Music Centre on December 12 and 13, 2024.
The deadline for applications is at 23.59 Finnish time on October 9, 2024.
The job-specific monthly salary for the position is €4 675,95 (with 5-year professional orchestra experience supplement €4 893,05) There is also dress and instrument allowance.
