Principal Viola (No.2) Royal Northern Sinfonia
We're looking for a new Principal Viola No.2 to play with the Royal Northern Sinfonia!
The important stuff:
Deadline for applications: First stage, 27th January 2025, 5pm
Reports to: Royal Northern Sinfonia & Classical Team
Location: The Glasshouse International Centre for Music
Working hours: Members of Royal Northern Sinfonia work in line with the North Music Trust / Musicians’ Union agreement
Salary: £40,017
Are you a highly skilled and passionate violist with a love for orchestral performance? The Royal Northern Sinfonia is seeking a talented Principal Viola No. 2 to join our world-class orchestra. As a key member of the string section, you will play a leading role in our performances and work closely with the Principal Viola and conductor to achieve the highest musical standards.
If you have exceptional technical skill, a collaborative spirit, and the drive to perform in an inspiring environment, we want to hear from you!
