Trumpet Section Regulator

The audition takes place in two rounds.
To participate in the 1st round, we expect:
• your CV together with an overview of your creative activities;
• video recording of your performance of J. Haydn trumpet concerto in E-flat 1st movement (with cadenza) and 2nd movement (performed on B-trumpet), with accompaniment.
Candidates reaching the 2nd round are invited to an audition where we expect you to perform:
• J. Haydn trumpet concerto in E-flat 1st movement (with cadenza) and 2nd movement (performed on B-trumpet);
• orchestral excerpts that will be sent directly to the candidates invited to the 2nd round.
Audition is followed by an interview.
Please send the video together with your CV by May 1st 2025 to konkurss@vanemuine.ee with the title „ Trumpet audition“. The selected candidates will recieve an invitation by e-mail together with detailed information about the audition and the orchestral excerpts.
The 2nd round takes place on June 5th 2025 in Vanemuine Theatre, Tartu, Estonia.
Starting time of employment is July 2025.
