The Jackson Symphony announces the following national auditions for the 2026 - 2027 Season:
Section Violin 1
Section Violin 2
Section Viola
Section Cello
2026 - 2027 season rates:
$135.00 per service - Section
All vacancies are tenure track positions.
The Jackson Symphony offers lodging and mileage with a cap of 500 miles.
The season will consist of approximately 30 services.
Employment begins September 2026. Successful candidates will be offered a contract for the 2026-2027 season.
The Jackson Symphony will hold national auditions Thursday, March 12, 2026 in Jackson, Tennessee.

Repertoire will be sent upon receipt of a resumé.
Winning candidates must be eligible to work in the United States or be able, at the candidate's expense, to meet all eligibility requirements no later than the date upon which services would commence.
