Magnificient Louis Lot silver flute nr. 3978 !

I am selling a magnificient Louis Lot silver flute Nr.3978 in unbelievable condition, in its original case and fully overhauled.The flute was made in 1890 and appears to be in unplayed condition, without the slightest wear on the keywork and without any alterations being made.The headjoint has not been cut at all.All the stamps are clear and crisp like the day they were put on this masterpiece of flute making.The beautiful, completely original blowhole measures 11.8 x 9.9 mm.The sounding length is 600 mm.This is a very rare model that was built at A = 440 and not 435 as was the usual pitch most Lot flutes were built at.On top of all this, the flute has the most amazing, sweet, complex sound with absolutely fantastic tonal colors.The flute plays great at A = 440 - 444.I have never seen a vintage flute this well preserved so this is a rare opportunity to own a sensational piece of flute history for both a player and collector alike.
