This is a large 7/8ths bass made by Calin Wulter in 2014. It plays evenly throughout and has a very powerful resonate sound especially in the lower range. It is fitted with a removable C Extension with capos by Ben Taylor who has also done all the set up work on this bass.
Although it has been primarily my practice bass, I have used it at work with the BSO where it has been remarked that it blends and keeps up with the section.
This bass would be perfect as a primary instrument for a student or recent graduate. Additionally it would be a great practice bass for professionals who have a bass that lives at work or those who want a durable good sounding bass for tours.
String length: 41.5 in or 105.4 cm
Bass is located in Poole, Dorset but trials can be arranged from Poole to Southampton.
