Jazz/Big Band Specialist - Royal Guard of Oman
The Royal Guard of Oman is looking for a Jazz Specialist, to take responsibility for the RGO Big Band.The chosen candidate will be based at the RGO's Military Music School in Muscat, Oman.
Duties will include:
Directing Big Band.
Composing and arranging for Big Band.
Teaching principal instrument.
Suitable candidates should have proven experience of jazz performance, as well as composing and arranging for Big Band and directing.
The RGO offers a tax-free salary, basic health-coverage, an allowance towards housing and utilities, a paid two-month vacation in the summer, and an annual return-flight to the candidate's home country.
