The United States Navy Band announces an immediate vacancy for Bass Vocalist in the Sea Chanters Chorus. The live audition is by invitation only, following a preliminary recorded round, and will take place at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. This is an immediate vacancy and is open until filled.
The Sea Chanters is the United States Navy’s official chorus and performs a variety of music including traditional choral music, sea chanteys, patriotic fare, opera, Broadway and contemporary music. Based in Washington, D.C., the Sea Chanters perform for the President, Vice President and numerous congressional, military and foreign dignitaries. In addition to national tours and concerts in the Washington area, the Sea Chanters can frequently be found at the center of our most important national events, at the White House and U.S. Capitol, as well as at NFL and other professional sporting events.
