The Job&#13;
• The role is part time, with standard baseline hours of 21 hours per week for 41 weeks per year (comprising of 36 weeks term-time, 5 weeks non-term-time), plus additional working hours, payable via timesheet, anticipated as:– Increased hours up to full-time for 6 weeks during 6 x ‘Music Course’ / prep weeks in October, February and June/July)– Plus 20 x Saturday shifts (c. 0830 – 1330 term-time only)&#13;
• Non-term-time working can be done with greater flexibility dependant on individual and business needs.• This role supports the delivery of the students’ regular concerts, large rehearsals and performance opportunities.• During term-time working hours should, in the majority, fall within a standard school working day (0830 – 1630), plus the regular Saturday morning shifts (20 Saturday mornings per year). However, flexibility to work outside of these hours is essential (including evenings and some unsociable hours – particularly during ‘Music Course’ weeks and other student performances as required).• Start date: 1 September 2026 (subject to recruitment checks).• Permanent role.&#13;

The Registry plays a pivotal role in central student administration, by dealing with students from the point of application through to graduation.
