Sistema Scotland’s vision is to improve lives and strengthen communities. Working with children and their families, the programme is focused on early intervention and stimulating generational social change, increasing confidence, aspiration, community cohesion, pride, and developing high level skills in the young people involved. We deliver our work through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities, and currently run six programmes in Wester Hailes in Edinburgh, Raploch &amp; Fallin in Stirling, Govanhill in Glasgow, Torry in Aberdeen, and Douglas in Dundee.&#13;
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our organisation as part of the dynamic team in Big Noise Wester Hailes, delivering a visionary, socially driven children’s orchestra centre. Big Noise Wester Hailes runs an after-school programme 4 days a week during term time and a holiday school 4 days a week during the Easter, summer and October holidays.  The principal duties of a Support Worker at Big Noise Wester Hailes are to support Big Noise musicians as they deliver the after-school programme; participating in sessions, modelling engagement and attention for the children whilst building strong relationships with the children and families to assist them in maximising their potential.&#13;
This is a permanent post, working during afterschool, 10 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday during school term time (42 weeks of the year) and 12 hours during school holidays (10 weeks of the year) The exact working pattern will be agreed with the appointed candidate.&#13;

Formation supérieure en musicologie, édition, communication culturelle ou domaine équivalent.&#13;
Expérience professionnelle en rédaction, édition, relecture ou production de contenus, idéalement dans le secteur musical ou culturel.&#13;
Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et très bonne maîtrise de l’allemand et de l’anglais.&#13;
Solide culture musicale et capacité à travailler sur des répertoires variés : classique, jazz, musiques du monde, musique contemporaine, etc.&#13;
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à respecter des délais.&#13;
Esprit d’équipe, aisance relationnelle et disponibilité ponctuelle en soirée ou le week-end.&#13;

Work Schedule: 30 hours per week. The standard 40-hour work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; travel up to 15% of the work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel; overnight trips average 1–2 trips per year; variations to this schedule (for FTE less than 1.0), or flexible work arrangements, can be proposed and are subject to approval by HR and relevant supervisors.&#13;

Essential Job Duties:&#13;
Ticketing/Customer Service.&#13;
Provide a seamless, customer-centric and accurate ticketing process that drives both sales and customer satisfaction.&#13;
Manage all ticketed events and ticket-related marketing strategies for Music Organizations as necessary through Eventbrite and third-party box offices; develop and maintain policies and procedures for ticketing best practices.&#13;
Manage ticketing and calendar listings for Music Organizations.&#13;
Manage ticketing build and plan for Christmas Festival and ensemble tours. Work independently and with data management services to maintain/update patron records and promotional databases; coordinate and manage content of ticketing web pages; pull and analyze reports.&#13;
Create a custom seating map to support St. Olaf Christmas Festival ticketing needs (Regent and artist comps, emergency ticket holds, etc.).&#13;
Coordinate special requests (holds for Regents, VIPs, Music Orgs artistic needs, etc.) and additional requests.&#13;
Incorporate marketing language and graphics from Music Orgs to ensure all ticketing events are accurate and consistent.&#13;
Create promo codes/access codes to support Christmas Festival pre-sale strategy in collaboration with Data Services and Music Orgs.&#13;
