The flute is handmade Stirling silver with 0.016 tube thickness and Levit’s Modified Acoustic. The headjoint has a 14K gold riser and was cut by Bick Brannen (it is engraved BWB under the lip plate). The flute plays beautifully but I simply no longer make use of the kingma system (in my career these days microtones are usually unintended…) and cannot justify holding on to the flute any longer - it deserves to be played and loved! The instrument can be trialled at my home in east London.
