San Donato is on the list of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages and offers the possibility to experience life in a picturesque Tuscany village.&#13;
Chianti in Musica 2026 will feature courses in flute, oboe, clarinet, violin, viola, cello, guitar, piano, and choir from 23 to 29 August.&#13;
The courses consist of one individual lesson per day and promote the formation of chamber groups. All teachers are internationally renowned and teach at Italian conservatories and international academies. A piano accompanist is also present. The choir course is open to musicians and amateurs, even without musical knowledge.&#13;
Student concerts are held in the Gothic church every day in the late afternoon.&#13;

There are five age categories. The competition takes place virtually but it has a final round live online. There are monetary prizes for all first, second and third places in each category, and a Concerto Performance in Miami, Florida under the baton of Maestro Alberto Bade on August 28th for all first prize winners. Winners of second or third prizes may be asked to perform as well. The masterclasses will take place at Quinta da Aldeia in Ponte de Lima, Portugal, where the participants may be located during the week.&#13;

The students have the possibility of performing in a public concert as part of the Festival Percursos da Música, pending teacher approval.&#13;

All participants will receive a course certificate.&#13;
