It comes with a certificate of authenticity, and on the inside of the back it is authenticated by the maker himself with the handwritten inscription ‘Victor Unsworth Morecambe 1996’; furthermore, it bears the maker’s original label. Its sound is purely soloistic, with extreme power across all registers and a very mature tone, rich in nuances, boasting remarkable projection in any theatre or concert hall. The high quality of the spruce and the two-piece maple back blend perfectly with the oil varnish in a reddish-brown hue against a gold-orange background.
