About the role You’ll deliver engaging, inclusive and inspiring music sessions across a range of programmes, from first musical experiences to advanced training for young people with exceptional potential. You might be working 1:1, in small groups or with ensembles, supporting young people to develop their skills, creativity, confidence and love of music. We’re particularly interested in tutors with specialisms in: Music production Piano Violin Cello Woodwind We’re especially keen to hear from people working in popular, jazz and jazz influenced styles, and those who use improvisation and composition in their teaching. Our programmes are rooted in the belief that music belongs to everyone. We centre young people’s interests, identities and ambitions, working across musical styles without hierarchy, and taking an inclusive, learner-centred approach to everything we do.
