L’iniziativa nasce con l’obiettivo di celebrare l’eredità artistica di Nini Rosso, musicista capace di trasformare la tromba in una vera voce solista e di imporsi sulla scena internazionale con uno stile personale, riconoscibile e profondamente comunicativo.&#13;
Il concorso è rivolto a solisti e gruppi musicali, invitati a confrontarsi con il repertorio dell’artista o con composizioni originali ispirate al suo linguaggio musicale. Le categorie previste sono Solisti Under 18, Solisti Over 18 e Gruppi.&#13;
A valutare le esibizioni sarà una giuria di alto profilo composta da Esteban Batallan Cons, Andrea Tofanelli, Ercole Ceretta.&#13;

Open to instrumentalists, singers, and chamber groups (maximum age: 35; for chamber groups, the average age applies). &#13;
&#13;
This year, the competition also includes the “Ennio Morricone Special Prize”, under the prestigious patronage of the Ennio Morricone Foundation, dedicated to promoting the Maestro’s repertoire of absolute music. &#13;
&#13;
SCHOLARSHIPS totaling €5,000 + concerts at the Auditorium Parco della Musica “Ennio Morricone” will be awarded. &#13;
&#13;
APPLICATION is FREE and requires only a VIDEO submission. &#13;
&#13;
DEADLINE: 30 September 2026. &#13;

This year, the orchestra will be placed under the direction of the very talented David Fernández Caravaca, one of the most promising emerging conductors of his generation. The selected musicians will be part of an intensive rehearsal programme that presents an exciting opportunity for collaboration and artistic growth in a multicultural environment. You will receive the music sheet one month before the sessions, therefore all musicians are expected to arrive prepared. Preliminary Round: a link of a professional or amateur video, freely chosen program between 12 and 20 minutes.&#13;
Final Round: during October and November 2026, the Società Letteraria di Verona will host 30 concerts. The selected soloists and chamber music groups are invited to perform a entire public recital with a freely chosen program lasting approximately 50 minutes. The concerts are recorded and evaluated by a qualified Jury selected from our Artistic Committee. Partial reimbursement of travel expenses. &#13;
The prizes consist of concerts and a recording contract for an economical value up to €8000. Debut in the concert seasons of the Verona Piano Festival and the Oficina OCM in Mantua/Trame Sonore Festival and visibility to other concert seasons involved in the network. &#13;

NYWO Jazz offers young jazz musicians the chance to work immersively with an industry professional.
