Take responsibility for keeping both the current and advance diary up to date for all artists.&#13;
Oversee prompt checking, processing, and filing of contracts.&#13;
Develop understanding of media rights, coordinate agreement of rights with recording companies if necessary.&#13;
Assist with travel and accommodation for artists where necessary, including researching and booking trips, negotiating travel contributions with promoters as and when required, as well as promptly processing visa and work permit arrangements in advance when needed.&#13;
Where necessary, produce detailed schedules for artists and ensure that they have all the required information to fulfil their commitments.&#13;
Work with the finance team to prepare financial paperwork (invoices, statements etc.) and to ensure prompt payments to artists and to Intermusica.&#13;

The role combines remote planning work with periods of travel, rehearsals and meetings in London and internationally as required. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including coordinating travel, accommodation and concert logistics in close collaboration with the Stage Manager and wider management team.
