About the job
An outstanding Marketing Manager is required to contract operational and administrative support services at CityMusic Promotions Ltd. This is the umbrella company managing the performance schedule of concert pianist Warren Mailley-Smith and The Piccadilly Sinfonietta. The role involves undertaking a range of marketing tasks to support the activities of the company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities to include:
• Managing all aspects of social media for CityMusic Promotions, Piccadilly Sinfonietta and Warren Mailley-Smith
• Handling design of marketing materials and their distribution
• Drafting copy for press releases,
• Creating and managing monthly newsletter and mailing list
• Liasing with all venues on all aspects of in-situ marketing opportunities.

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• A-Levels and GCSEs or equivalent qualifications including GCSE English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent non-UK qualifications)

Knowledge & Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative support role (preferably within the Arts sector)
• Experience of writing copy for press releases and marketing materials
• Track record of social media management and running marketing campaigns
• Good working knowledge of mailchimp
• Good design skills and knowledge of Canva
• Familiarity with the terminology of classical musical is essential and a passion for the genre is desirable
