Front of House Manager

Chetham's is a unique cultural institution and charity in the heart of Manchester combining music, education, and heritage. Our main 482 seat venue is modern and purpose built, and our whole team pride themselves in the variety of events delivered, our excellent team and team working, and the excellent artist, client and audience experiences that we facilitate.

The Job:

• We are looking for someone with proven excellent people skills to manage our front of house experience and staff, taking general operational responsibility for events, including staffing as well as oversight of risk assessments and venue health and safety.
• We are looking for a minimum hours commitment of 21 hours a week (preferably 28 hours a week), with the option to work additional hours on top.
• Part time salaried role with flexible working patterns
• Start date ASAP, subject to relevant checks
