Are you an experienced and collaborative ticketing professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra (ASO) is seeking a dynamic Box Office and Ticketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our ticketing services.
As a key member of the Marketing Department, this role reports to the Ticketing and Customer Services Manager and supports all stakeholders with ticketing related matters. As part of our front-line team, your day will consist of assisting customers with their tickets across all booking channels, data entry and record management, coordinating complimentary tickets, box office administration, casual staff rostering and running the Box Office on busy performance nights.

Position Information:
