Managing Director and President

Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra in the search for a Managing Director and President to serve as the chief executive officer of the organization, ensuring continued success in both artistic and operational realms. With a strong commitment to fiscal responsibility, the Managing Director and President will oversee the creation of long-range financial plans, annual budgets, and fundraising strategies. They will also focus on building an inclusive, high-performance culture that fosters collaboration, trust, and continuous learning across Board, musicians, staff, and the SPCO community. The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra’s mission is to sustain world-class chamber orchestra at the highest standards of artistic excellence that enriches the Twin Cities community by sharing dynamic, distinctive, and engaging performances. A bachelor’s degree in arts administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 10 years of arts management experience is preferred for this role. The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds.
