The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing all marketing strategies to promote the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO), supporting the organization's institutional goals and earned revenue objectives. This role is critical to growing and diversifying LPO’s audience base through compelling storytelling, strategic partnerships, digital engagement, and cohesive branding.
The ideal candidate is a creative communicator and detail-oriented project manager with strong design and content creation skills. They will oversee the production of all marketing materials, including social media content, print and digital advertising, and email campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency and an exceptional patron experience across all channels.
