Prospect Research Manager
(Vollzeit, feste)
£36,933 p/year
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Prospect Research Manager to join the Academy’s dynamic Philanthropy team. In this newly created role, you will collaborate with high-value fundraisers to identify and prioritise individuals and grant-makers aligned with the Academy’s vision. By delivering high-quality qualitative research, you will enable us to maximise our fundraising potential. You will contribute to prospecting strategy, think creatively about what research to undertake and communicate your findings succinctly with excellent attention to detail.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong analytical and organisational skills to the table. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or donor database systems are essential. Equally important are your excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information with clarity and sensitivity.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will demonstrate strong writing skills and a collaborative spirit. Experience of working in a fundraising team and an interest in music is highly desirable, although not essential. We welcome candidates with transferable skills.
