Orchestra Personnel Manager

The Orchestra Personnel Manager is responsible for administering the personnel of the orchestra. This includes the preparation and maintenance of payroll and other records, scheduling of musicians, hiring of substitute and extra musicians, coordination of lodging for traveling musicians, and coordination of auditions. The Personnel Manager serves as the main liaison between the staff and the musicians of the orchestra and choir. The Orchestra Personnel Manager works closely with the Music Director, Choir Director, and artistic staff on the hiring of musicians, substitutions, or changes in the roster.
