Principal Bassoon
The Lahti Symphony Orchestra invites applications for the position of Principal Bassoon starting on 11th of August 2025.
The principal bassoon plays in the orchestra as well as chamber music groups, and maintains the capability required by orchestral literature. He/she leads the bassoon section by rehearsing, supervising and developing it, and provides instructions for acquiring group assistants and substitutes. We appreciate the experience of similar tasks, good co-operation and interaction skills.
The salary, including the individual pay component and recording supplement is 3457–3733 € per month.
