High French Horn - 1 free position
(Vollzeit)
The Orchestra of Varna State Opera is seeking to appoint a French Horn player. Auditions are to be held on 11 October 2025 at 10:00 (GMT+3) at the Varna State Opera (pl. „Nezavisimost” 1, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria).
The position start date end remuneration is to be negotiated following successful audition.
The Varna State Opera orchestra will also consider candidates who are in the early stages of their career and can clearly demonstrate their potential to fulfil the role.
Audition repertoire:
• Richard Strauss – Concerto N:1
• Piece by choice
• Orchestral excerpts: Brahms – Concerto for piano 1, 2; Rossini – ov. Guillermo Tell; Wagner – „Flying Dutchman”, „Tristan and Isolde” ; R. Strauss – „Til Eulenspigel”, „Don Juan”.
