Superb insrument, bought direct from Püchner in 1975, after approval by Andreas Hombach. Dark red maple, many rollers, A flat to B flat trill key.
Played in concerto, solo , orchestral and chamber music in Hallé, BBC Philharmonic, London PO etc. Great beauty of tone and projection,outstandingly responsive. Thorough overhaul in 2024. Supplied with original hard case and soft gig bag. Available for viewing in Berkshire UK.
