Brass Tutor
We're looking for a new Brass Tutor!
The important stuff:
Deadline for applications: 14th January 2025, 5pm
Reports to: Senior Programme Leader
Location: The Glasshouse International Centre for Music
Working hours: 4.5 hours per week (during term time, 10-week term)
Wednesdays, 11am – 12.30pm
Wednesdays, 1 – 2.30pm
Wednesdays, 3 – 4.30pm
Salary: SCP 50 - £46.32 per session (including planning and preparation)
Sessions: Beginner Trumpet, Intermediate Trumpet, and Gateshead Brass Band
Are you a self-motivated brass tutor with a passion for helping adults grow in confidence and skill? As a Brass Tutor at The Glasshouse, you’ll lead weekly sessions with an inclusive and supportive approach. You'll help students improve their trumpet skills and be part of a vibrant music community. Freelance applications are also welcome at an equivalent rate.
