American Virtuoso International Music Competition

The 2024 American Virtuoso International Music Competition (AVIMC) is OPEN to accept entries from singers and instrumentalists (piano, strings, guitar, woodwinds & brass, chamber music) of any nationality.

Winners will be given the opportunity to perform recitals at Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall and all participants will receive complimentary masterclass opportunities with adjudicators across various categories!

AVIMC is organized by the American Society of Musical Excellence – a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States.

The ASME@WAU Music Festival will take place right before the final round of 2024 AVIMC. Some of the faculty members from the music festival will serve as the adjudicators for the final round. Scholarships are being offered to AVIMC contestants.

Does each Jury member listen to the submissions in full?
