Singapore International Violin Competition

The triennial Singapore International Violin Competition was launched in June 2014 as a landmark cultural initiative for Singapore and beyond, and has since grown to become one of the most globally distinctive of its kind.

SIVC is open to all violinists below the age of 30 (at the start of the competition year). We provide a showcase for violinists from around the world against the backdrop of Singapore’s world-class performance venues, its national orchestra, and its internationally renowned music conservatory.

This competition appears to include an online round that charges over €35. musicalchairs is concerned that the fee for online judging must be commensurate with the value offered to applicants whether they are successful or unsuccessful. Is the Jury for the online round published and are they widely respected musicians?
Does each Jury member listen to the submissions in full?
Do applicants receive detailed and considered feedback about their complete performance/score from the Jury?
