Berlin Conducting Workshop

Taught by Maestro Gary Lewis (University of Colorado Boulder and West Texas Symphony), this 7-day intensive course takes place in amazing Berlin, Germany, and includes 100 minutes of video-recorded podium time with professional musicians (including 2 final sessions with full orchestra). The workshop will focus on artistic music-making, baton technique, and score study, and will feature special sessions on audition repertoire. Dr. Silas Huff (University of Texas at Arlington), will be assisting and leading focused sessions. Only 15 active conductors will be accepted (first consideration goes to students who apply by Feb 1, 2026).
