GVO Conducting Workshop with Music Director Barbara Yahr

This three-day intensive course located in New York City consists of two three-hour sessions with full orchestra and one with small ensemble (string quintet and piano), with additional time devoted to score study and video analysis.

All sessions will be overseen by GVO music director Barbara Yahr. David Hayes, Director of Orchestral and Conducting Studies at the Mannes School of Music, will join our final session. All sessions will be videotaped.
