Tokyo Sinfonia International Conductor Workshops

Aspiring conductors are invited to apply for the Tokyo Sinfonia International Conductor Workshop sessions - 2024. Special benefits:180 minutes individual rehearsal time with the Tokyo Sinfonia, full scores of all works in the session, video recordings of all sessions, lecture-discussion luncheons with Maestro Robert Rÿker, interaction with orchestra players and participating conductors, materials and guidelines, hotel accommodation, showcase performance in Ginza's legendary Oji Hall. The special focus is on developing the conductor’s role to build the orchestra, build the programmes, build and retain audiences. Each session is open to five conductors.
Application fee $50 (US dollars); Participation fee $2,450. A Letter of Acceptance will be provided to assist with applications for financial assistance and crowd-funding.
