Stolen: 09 Jan 2026 - 15.45pm - On Friday 9 January 2026 on the Southeastern train between Greenwich and Woolwich, London at 15.45-16.00
This has been my professional instrument since 1993. I have made many solo and chamber music recordings on it. It is not hugely valuable financially but has great personal value. I would offer a reward for it's safe return

Viola by GA Chanot of Manchester, 16 1/4", dark brown/orange colour, pegs with gold tips, name inscribed under end pin in black ink, beautiful one piece back looks like tigers eye stone.
Bow by Vidoudez of Geneva with tortoiseshell frog and elaborately decorated gold mount.
Bow by WE Hill and Sons, tortoiseshell frog and silver mount.
All in a dark grey Bam case, viola wrapped in a magenta colour silk scarf.
