Composition Competition for Symphonic Brass Ensemble

The ensemble E=mCu organizes a composition competition for symphonic brass and percussions ensemble. The purpose of this competition is to develop the repertoire of original music for this type of ensemble.
The brass and percussions ensemble E=mCu was created in June 2012 in Grenoble (France). It’s bring together amateur and professional musicians.
The ensemble offers an extensive repertoire (classical music adaptation, original pieces,or music film in order to discover or rediscover brass and percussion in different facets.
Cedric Rossero is the music director of the band.

Results will be announced at the end of the main concert on Saturday, 24th May 2025. The prizes awarded will be as follows:
• 1st Prize : 2000 €
• 2nd Prize : 700 €
• 3rd Prize : 300 €
• Public Award : public vote during the concert
• E=mCu Award : musician vote of the E=mCu Ensemble
