The International Original Band Composition Contest, promoted and organized biennially by the Pro Loco Corcianese Tourist Association and the Municipality of Corciano with the support of the Region of Umbria, in collaboration with the “Flicorno d’Oro” International Band Competition of Riva del Garda, is established to enhance the Wind Orchestra for its unique timbral-coloristic and expressive qualities and to contribute to the creation of a repertoire that meets the needs of the current band reality and contemporary musical art languages.

CATEGORY A:
-1st prize: €4000.00 and inclusion as a mandatory piece for a category in the “Flicorno d’Oro” International Band Competition of Rivadel Garda (2026 edition)
-2nd Prize: €1000.00

The 1st prize-winning piece, if unpublished, will receive a publication contract with Scomegna Edizioni Musicali
