FGF 2025 – International Competitions “Alvaro Company”

The Florence Guitar Festival launches the new edition of the International Guitar Competition and International Composition Competition “Alvaro Company”, open to musicians and composers of all nationalities.
Application deadline: September 15, 2025
(1) INTERNATIONAL FLORENCE GUITAR COMPETITION "ALVARO COMPANY"
The competition includes the following categories:
Cat. A: soloists under the age of 13
Cat. B: soloists aged between 14 and 17
Cat. C: adult soloists (no age limit)
Cat. D: guitar ensemble (average age max 19 years)
Cat. E: guitar ensemble (no age limit)
Pre-selection will take place online, by submitting a video performance.
The Final Rounds will be held in person in Florence on October 2nd, 2025.
Finalists will be contacted by September 22, 2025.
