POI International Composition Competition 2026

The POI International Composition Competition will be held June 7th - 14th 2026. Its objective is to open more opportunities for composers to premiere their works and to offer a wider range of music to the POI Faculty & College orchestra called Master Camerata, during the Premier Orchestral Institute.

POI International Composition Competition applications November 30th, 2025 - March 15th, 2026

This competition is open to all nationalities and is seeking to motivate all composers to include folk music elements in their compositions from their countries, as a way to help preserve their cultural heritage.
