Oxford Flute Summer School

Since 1988 the world class Oxford Flute Summer School has welcomed flautists of all ages (15+) and abilities. Flautists have the opportunity to develop their technique and musicianship in the beautiful location of St Edward’s School, in the city of Oxford.
Participants choose from the following three options, with all classes being accessible to all:
1. Oxford Players - Ideal for enthusiasts of any age who enjoy group playing. We will work together on finding ways to refine and improve your playing.
2. Oxford Performers - Perfect for flautists Grade 8 standard and above, who may be considering applying to conservatoires or adult amateurs looking for inspiration and a boost of one-to-one tuition.
3. Oxford Masterclass - Intensive group work for advanced players, post-diploma students and current conservatoire students heading into the profession.
We look forward to welcoming you to our friendly and supportive course in the beautiful surroundings of north Oxford.
