The Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra
currently has the following vacancy:
Double Bass tutti
(2x 80%)
(intended start date January 1, 2026)

Dates audition:
The preliminary audition will be held on Monday October 13, 2025, at 9.30 am, on Heuvellaan Hilversum, Studio 5, Hilversum, The Netherlands.
The final audition will be held on Tuesday October 14, 2025, at 2.30 pm, on Heuvellaan Hilversum, Studio 5, Hilversum, The Netherlands.
The selection audition will take place behind a screen.

The mandatory audition repertoire list:
• C.D. von Dittersdorf, Double Bass concerto No.2, movements 1 & 2 without cadenza or
J. B. Vanhal , Double Bass concerto, movements 1 & 2 without cadenza.
• S. Koussevitzky – Double Bass concerto, movements 1 & 2 without cadenza or
G. Bottesini – Double Bass concerto, movements 1 & 2 without cadenza.
All repertoire to be played in orchestral tuning.

• Orchestral parts.
