Purchased in 2016 from Dixon Stein in Chicago (now defunct).
Leather currently covers the "F.N. Voirin a Paris" brand for protection, while the slide and right eye currently have ebony inserts. Silver tip has been added for improved balance.
Genuine 2014 Salchow & Sons certificate included in sale (photocopy is pictured).

The frog has a hairline crack (left side, upper-right corner) that has concluded, and the frog remains intact.
