Bell Bassoon #159

I am selling my Bell Bassoon, which was delivered to me in April 2017. It is in wonderful condition and is regularly cleaned, oiled, and maintained. Pads and felts have been replaced as needed.

This Bell Bassoon is a thin-walled model made of aged Canadian Maple. As of 2024, Bell Bassoons no longer makes thin-walled instruments and uses a different wood. This bassoon has a special stainless steel U-Tube, which initially came from Ben Bell’s personal Bell bassoon. This Bell is an incredibly easy instrument to play with a smooth, vibrant scale.

This Bell bassoon is well-equipped and comes with a host of options, including:

High F-Key
Low C#/D# Trill Key
Right Hand Whisper Key Lock
Right Hand Eb Trill Key with Offset C#
Ab/Bb Trill Key
Unthreaded Wooden Hand Rest

Along with the bassoon, the sale also includes two bocals (Heckel CC1XL and Bell CC2). An Ortwein Balance Hanger will also be included.
