Due to closure of my workshop I sell my last 3 double basses.
1. Fully hand carved bass in perfect state,ready to play. Body 112cm, diapason 105cm. Very comfy neck, Pirastro strings, ebony tailpiece, Rubner mechanics, natural varnish and powerful sound. Very good value for money.
2. Violin shape double bass, sloping shoulders, made in 1984; embraceable and easy to play. Flat back, Rubner german mechanics which are new andworking perfectly and Pirastro strings.
3.Old double-bass built in Merano - South Tyrolean school fully restored by Italian luthier Santino Mascolo (Restoration Certificate from Italian maker included).Ebony wood fingerboard and tailpiece, Thomastik Spirocore strings, oak wood endpin, original tuning keys. String length: 106 cm,
Length of back: 109 cm, Upper Bout: 62cm, Middle Bout: 38cm, Lower Bout: 66cm
