This is a very nice sounding german-bohemian 3/4 double bass.
Early 20th- gamba shape, flat back, nice wood,four new ebony tuning pegs, crack inspection and maintenance, bridge and soundpost checking. D neck, mensur 42, nut and fingerboard rechaped.
Very resonant and versatile instrument. Sweet, balanced, woody tone with enough depth for classical playing, while offering punch, sustain, and growl for jazz.
French bow and gig bag included.
