Singing Teacher
The Royal Guard of Oman invites applications for the position of singing teacher with the Muscat Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Opera Choir Group. The Choir was founded in 2012 and currently numbers 62 singers. Many of these singers have reached ARSM/LRSM Diploma level.
The successful applicant must be qualified to Degree level and should have a proven record of teaching experience. The ability to teach singing to FRSM Diploma level is essential, as is the ability to take sectional rehearsals on mainstream choral repertoire. Experience in aural training and some keyboard ability is highly desirable.
Benefits include a one year renewable contract with a tax free salary and allowances for housing and utilities. 60 days annual leave, with flights.
